In light of the brand’s quick success, they retained a top-ranked Amazon consulting group to assist with online sales. Almost immediately, however, the brand was targeted by unauthorized third party sellers on Amazon. This caused the company to lose control over the Buy Box, which caused up to a 50% reduction in sales.

LOSS OF INVESTOR CONFIDENCE: The viral attack by unauthorized sellers (and resultant drop in online sales revenue) caused key investors and partners to question the company’s viability.

Through our “Intelligence Driven Technology”  we were able to identify 35 stores that were causing the majority of revenue loss with the company. Our goal was to unmask the sellers real identities and get them permanently removed and regain control over “Buy Box” and MAP pricing on Amazon. 

QUICK CONTROL – Within 2 months of retaining eEnforce™, high-volume unauthorized sellers were personally identified and halted, allowing the brand to regain control over key ASINs and the Amazon Buy Box and gaining 98% MAP pricing control over unauthorized sellers.

KEY RESULT:
